Our Story
In 2001, founder and lead point of contact, Archie Cunningham (BA Hons 3D design) set about renovating a 1000 square foot railway arch in Herne Hill. This would become the central workshop for Clunie & Co.
As he developed his skills as a cabinet maker, the scope of the projects he embarked on expanded. It was vital that a construction service was added to the Clunie & Co. repertoire. Now providing both joinery, and construction, the company has grown from strength to strength.
Calling on 25 years of experience in the industry, Archie is ready to discuss and advise on all aspects of your project.
Our Approach
Clunie & Co. is a design driven and craft orientated company. We believe that beautiful design should be well made and of long lasting quality, and a philosophy of functionality underpins all our work. We apply the same attention to detail throughout your entire project, particularly in the off site and preparatory work that you don’t see. We believe that this is what makes our work endure.
